Time for my weight update! It has been a better week for the most part. I mean I did fall of the wagon on Saturday pretty bad but the rest of the week I have managed to keep myself in check. I exercised and ate healthy and in smaller portions. It was a good week over all.
I lost 2 lbs this week putting me up at 4 or 4.5 if you go by that. I am pleased with that because the alternative is gaining or at best staying the same. So we will continue working and moving and eating correctly because we are off to a pretty good start.

Way to go. I'm also trying to lose weight and I just keep reminding myself that this is a life long change not a diet. Good luck keep going! You're worth it!

One of my main mantras is: I don't want Anna to remember having a fat mama. -- The weight doesn't disappear magically. What's most important is the internal change that is happening to our spirit, by refusing to be ruled by the old thoughts of food addiction, laziness and apathy. Keep up the great work!
