Time for my weight update! It has been a better week for the most part. I mean I did fall of the wagon on Saturday pretty bad but the rest of the week I have managed to keep myself in check. I exercised and ate healthy and in smaller portions. It was a good week over all.
I lost 2 lbs this week putting me up at 4 or 4.5 if you go by that. I am pleased with that because the alternative is gaining or at best staying the same. So we will continue working and moving and eating correctly because we are off to a pretty good start.
