I got sucked in!

So I guess you can tell I haven't been around much huh. I have been sucked into the world of Facebook! My blogging time has been spent over there. I have also been sucked into doing our church website. I am having so much fun over there that sometimes I don't even make it over to Facebook. So after my infatuation dims a little I am sure I will come back over to my first love - Blogging!!! In the meantime bear with me! Love you guys!!! I haven't even read any of you in my reader lately I think I have 300+ sitting in there to be read! I really do love you guys though. I will come back soon!

Yay ME!!!

Michie over at Seeking Imperfections has given me an award! I feel honored to receive such a wonderful award. I would give you a thank you speech but lets face it that would get all sappy and make everyone cry lol. Instead how about I share the joy with a few blogs that I just LUV to read! I will start out with my dearest bloggy friend Cheryl! Over at Red Pens and Diapers. I love reading her blog to see what her and her family are up too. Over the course of a year I feel like I actually know her.

Next I would like to give it to Reynie over at God, Do You Hear This Southern Girl Rambling? Reynie is a super sweet lady that makes sure to comment over here for me all the time. She also has numerous crafts going over at her house that I like to check up on!

Last but certainly not least is Shawn over at Between the Lines. She is an amazing example of an honest mommy writer. She isn't afraid to tell you how she really feels. She needs some love cause she is going to be re-entering the work force after being home with her twin girls for I think almost 2 years.

How about running over to see these girls and offer them a little LUV!!!

Pesky Spam Comments

Due to an increase in spam comments I have turned on the word verification part of the comment system. Please don't let this detour you from leaving me a comment! I will try it out for a few weeks and either leave it on for good or take it off and suffer with the spam. Let me know if you think it will stop you from leaving comments! You can email me if it really bothers you! I know sometimes I won't leave a comment if I have to do that just because I don't want the hassle.

LoveFest Part 1

The rest of the week I am going to have a LOVEFEST! I am going to start out with Anna's love. Anna and her Sweethearts! Love is in the air between these star crossed toddlers. The one on the right is this years young love. Anna and Brooks played hard for a few hours this morning at the park and had so much fun. They get together at least once a week and definitely see each other at church. The one on the left is last years baby love. He moved away and we still miss him and his family. They were so cute together. They would kiss on each other and hug on each other like they were truly and deeply in love. It was sweet. & of course innocent. Anna stayed with his Mommy when I was working and they were inseparable. We saw them at church every week as well. She is a lover not a fighter!

Oh I have a few meme's that have been sent to me so I will get to those ladies! Also, Cheryl is helping me fix a new and wonderful header for my blog. I am very excited about that! So come back to check me out later in the week. She is being super patient and helpful with it.

Tackle it Tuesday - my blog

I have been unhappy with the look of my blog for a while so I am determined to get it to a point that I can live with it if not love it. So far I can live with it but there are a few tweaks that I want to make. Tell me what you think so far or if you see something that I can do to improve it - give it to me. I am up to constructive criticism! Just be gentle lol!!!

Time Travel Tuesday

I was reading around and found this new cool meme so I thought I would join in and have some fun going back in time. This week we are traveling back to our first blog and what made us get started. So I started blogging because I think I have the cutest daughter ever and wanted to share her pics with everyone. I started a blog for Anna to share with family and friends. Then I created a Mommy blog because sometimes I want to write about things that don't really need to be posted over there. Rants and cool memes etc...

Here I Am!!!
Read all about the life and times with Anna Sophia. I am a 15 month old active little girl. I love chatting on the phone, walking around in the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I have recently started climbing and opening drawers. Here are some cute pics of when I climbed into the wagon that holds my legos. Don't mind the clutter around it I love making piles of toys. I also like to carry my Daddy's shoes around so they ended up in the piles of toys too. To bad Mommy didn't get a picture of me when I fell in the toy box. I am sure that would have been a funny picture!

First time blogger
Well this is my first blog ever!!! So bare with me while I adjust to the life of a blogger. My name is Candace & I have a daughter that is 14 months old. She is the light of my life. I waited a very long time to have her. My DH and I have been married for 10 years now. Patience has never been my strong suite so I don't know how I managed to wait that long for the best part of my life lol.
